At 8.30 am we will meet you at the reception of your accommodation before driving through the olive groves to the Middle Atlas Mountains. The Fez and Meknes region is the region that feeds the entire population and is known as the stomach of Morocco. Fertile ground for all kinds of crops: olives, oil, wheat, and vegetables. 25 kilometers east of Fes to Sefrou, a village that until the late 1980s had the largest Jewish community, recommends a visit to the old fortress. Not far from the city, we stopped to photograph the waterfalls of the Sefrou River. Later we stopped at a hill; Bhalil, a cave village with many houses built on ancient caves that have been inhabited by the same people for centuries. It is a cave village where people have settled since the founding of Fez. There we will briefly visit one of the houses. Drink a cup of warm tea with your family and enjoy the tranquility of nature. On the way to Ifrane, Swaziland, Morocco, we pass through the land of lakes, these mountains are rich in beautiful natural reservoirs, and many lakes are fed by springs in the Middle Atlas Mountains, and there are many trout in these lakes. In IFRAN, it is recommended to walk for 15 minutes to admire the beautiful and clean streets and the lion atlas carved by French sculptors when the French established the town at an altitude of 1704 meters in the 1940s. It is famous for its ski resorts; Michelle Finn and Shibri. After lunch, we are back on the road through the great forest of Seder, where we will stop to take pictures and also feed some monkeys, native to the Middle Atlas Mountains. The journey continues through the landscapes of the Middle Atlas.
